» Staff Bios

My name is Angela and I have lived in the Holly area for 21 years. I graduated from Mott Dental Assisting Program in 1997 and have worked as a dental assistant for 10 years. I joined the team at Sulfaro Family Dentistry approximately 3 years ago. I’ve been married for twenty years and have two boys currently enrolled in Holly High School. My hobbies include reading and gardening and spending time with my family.

Shortly after moving from the Detroit area in 1976 to Fenton, I began my career in dentistry as a dental assistant. For the past 9 years, I have worked as the financial coordinator for Dr. Sulfaro in the friendly, homey, high tech atmosphere that is Sulfaro Family Dentistry. Bringing over 30 years of experience in the dental field, I am able to help patients understand their treatment, how their insurance policy works, and individualize payment arrangements. My goal is to see that everyone is able to receive the quality dental care they deserve. When not in the office, I enjoy the arts and spending summers camping with my five grandchildren.

My name is Julie and I’ve worked for Dr. Sulfaro as a dental hygienist for the past 9 years, although I’ve worked in dentistry for the past fifteen. I graduated from Oakland Community College in 1999, with an extended Associates degree in Applied science. I also received the Crest Leadership Award for my graduating class. My husband and I reside in Fenton with our daughter and her rabbit, Mudpuddle. My hobbies include gardening, camping, snowmobiling, and spending time with my family.

My name is Kathy and I joined the team at Sulfaro Family Dentistry as the Appointments Coordinator in May, 2007, after working for 16 years in the veterinary field. I reside in the Atlas area with my husband, Charlie, our kitty, Sam, and our new Collie puppy, Wyatt, and I’m happy to be living in Michigan again after spending 8 wonderful years in Seattle, Washington. Seattle is a beautiful city, but Washington can’t compare with the autumn colors and friendly people of my home state.

My name is Lynette and I’ve worked in the dental field for 30 years, working with Dr. Sulfaro for the past 19 years. Born and raised in Holly, I graduated from Mott Community College in 1985, and enjoy the daily duties and challenges of dentistry. My three children and I live in the Byron area with our very spoiled Shih-tzu, Snickers.

My name is Mary and I’ve worked as a dental assistant since 1972, after graduating from Mott dental assisting program. I’ve been with Dr. Sulfaro for four wonderful years, and find dentistry an exciting and challenging field. I was born and raised in the Burton area and still reside there. I have one married daughter who lives in Fenton with her husband and my Grand-dog, Zoe.

My name is Tina and I’ve been a resident of Holly since 1997. Graduating from Oakland Community College in 1992 with an extended Associates degree in Applied Science, my career as a dental hygienist began shortly thereafter. I’ve worked in dentistry for the past 16 years; the past 9 years here at Sulfaro Family Dentistry. My husband and I share our home with our three children, and our sweet little dog, Daisy.
